Class Action
Lawyers in a Florida class-action suit against Microsoft say businesses may not realize how much they stand to lose if they don’t file a claim for a share of the proposed settlement. The settlement proposal would allow home consumers and businesses to collect $12 per operating system — Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Millennium Edition — and $5 for other Microsoft software applications purchased between Nov. 16, 1995, and Dec. 31, 2002.- Lawyers say Businesses Should Get In On Settlement
