Father Charged in Shaken Baby Case

NEWARK -- A Newark man has been charged with child endangering after his 28-day-old child suffered serious injuries. Keith W. Kohr III, 20, last known address 967 Miller Ave., Apt. C, was arrested and charged with endangering children, a second-degree felony. Additional counts of child endangering, felonious assault and felony domestic violence also will be considered by a Licking County grand jury. Read more...
