Police Quiet in SC Missing Couple Case

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (AP) - The mystery of a couple who disappeared from this tiny resort island has deepened with the apparent suicide of a business executive just hours after he was named a person of interest in the case. John and Elizabeth Calvert had been in the process of severing their ties with the company Dennis Ray Gerwing worked for when they disappeared March 3.
