Alcohol Amnesty Designed To Save Lives

CLEMSON, S.C. -- A new policy at Clemson University is designed to save lives of students who have had too much to drink. "What the policy does allows the student who is calling for medical help for their friend and the friend themselves to not go through the student judicial system on campus," Dean of Students Joy Smith said.
