Two Charged in Vehicular Attack on Officer
CHICAGO - Authorities have filed multiple felony charges against a Glen Ellyn man who is accused of striking a Chicago police officer with a vehicle during a traffic stop and fleeing the wrong way onto the Eisenhower Expressway. Chicago Police spokesman John Mirabelli says 31-year-old Matthew Ristau was charged Saturday with aggravated battery of a police officer, possession of heroin, driving under the influence, and a number of other counts.
