Day Care Owners Charged With Pot Possession
The owners of a New York City day care center where police shot and wounded a robbery suspect have been charged with marijuana possession. Bail was set at $5,000 each for Donna and Sherwin Rogers at Sunday's arraignment. Police say they found more than $100,000 in cash and 10 pounds of marijuana in the couple's home, which houses the Special Moments Day Care Center.
