Board Denies Clemency For Inmate

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board has unanimously denied clemency for a 32-year-old man facing execution for killing two men in southern Oklahoma. The decision came Monday after testimony from the condemned man, Michael P. DeLozier, and from the family of his victims. DeLozier is set to die by injection July 9 for the 1995 killings of Paul Steven Morgan and Orville Lewis Bullard.
