Man Gets Life in Susannah Chase Case

A Colorado man has been sentenced to life in prison for the rape and murder of 23-year-old University of Colorado student Susannah Chase in 1997. Diego Olmos Alcalde, 39, was spared the death penalty in the case because Susannah's family told prosecutors that she was against it. Attorneys for Alcalde plan to appeal the conviction of the Chilean national. Read more...
