Man, 21, Arrested in Double Homicide

INDIANAPOLIS - A 21-year-old man has been preliminarily charged with two counts of murder in the fatal shootings of two men on Indianapolis' north side. Police Lt. Jeffrey Duhamell says SWAT team members arrested Saul Blanco of Indianapolis late Sunday at his mother's house. He was being held in connection with the slayings of 42-year-old Raymond Martir and 30-year-old Jonathan Ferguson. The victims were found after one of Martir's children found their bodies late Sunday morning in the living room of Martir's house. Authorities weren't sure how Martir and Ferguson were connected.
