Former Attorney Sentenced for Sale of Ecstasy

A former Laramie attorney and his wife were sentenced in Albany County District Court for conspiring to sell ecstasy near Spring Creek Elementary School last year. Robert W. Ingram, 39, was given first offender status for one count of aiding and abetting the possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance within 500 feet of school property. Read more...
