Maryland Considers 3 Bills On Ignition Interlocks

Maryland's House of Delegates is contemplating three different bills that would require vehicle ignition interlock devices for first-offender drunk drivers. Two of the bills would require the devices for all first offenders without exception. The other bill would allow the judge in the case to consider other factors in deciding if the interlock should be mandatory. Read more...
