Inmate Tried to Have 2 Kids Killed

Cook County Jail inmate is charged with trying to hire a hit man to kill two children he's accused of molesting and their parents. Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart says 32-year-old Edward Floyd faces six counts of solicitation to commit murder. He's been ordered held without bond on the new charges. He's been in custody since a September 2008 arrest for two counts of criminal sexual assault of a child. Read more...
