Casey Anthony Defense Wants State to Pay Legal Fees
Lawyers for an Orlando woman accused in her young daughter's death says the state should pay the cost of defending her. The team representing 23-year-old Casey Anthony says the financial assistance is the only way to ensure they'll have the resources to fight a conviction and possible death sentence in the first-degree murder case.
