Woman Charged With Murdering Infant Son

OAKLAND, Md. — An Arnold woman has been indicted in Garrett County for the death of her newborn son. State's Attorney Lisa Thayer Welch said that 27-year-old Jamie Lynn Hiemenz is charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter, first-degree child abuse and reckless endangerment.
