Man Charged With Murdering His Father

A 29 year old Shelby County man is in jail today, charged with murdering his father. Shelby county Sheriff's Deputies were called to Highway 438 in Westover for a domestic disturbance call. Deputies say they found 54 year old Myles David Reid dead inside the home, and they're charging his son, 29 year old Myles David Reid Jr., with his murder. Reid Jr., is in the Shelby County jail on $50,000 bond. The Shelby County Sheriff's department is not releasing the cause of death, pending the results of an autopsy. Read more...
