Woman Drove Five Times the Legal Limit

In his 30 years in the courts, Justice John Lynch has seen only one other person with a higher blood-alcohol reading than Kelly Cybulski's. The 22-year-old woman should have been dead with almost five times the legal limit of alcohol in her blood, not behind the wheel of a car, Lynch said Tuesday in Kitchener's Ontario Court.
