Jury Selected in Anthony Sowell Murder Trial

After three weeks, attorneys in the Anthony Sowell murder trial have finally selected a jury. The group of citizens that will sit in judgment of the accused serial killer is made up of four men and eight women. The racial makeup of the jury is seven white people and five black people. A few hours later, the lawyers settled on four alternates -- two men and two women. Among the jurors, who were sworn in by Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Dick Ambrose, is a retired school teacher, a registered nurse and a college student. Read more...
