New Trial Denied for Joshua Komisarjevsky

A judge has denied a request by convicted murderer Joshua Komisarjevsky for a new trial in the home invasion killings of a woman and her two daughters. New Haven Superior Court Judge Jon Blue denied motions for a new trial and that Komisarjevsky's conviction be overturned, stating he received a fair trial in the first place. Read more...
