MIAMI - A judge raised questions Tuesday about the estimated $470 million value of a settlement between Aetna and the nation's doctors, $50 million in attorneys' fees and $20 million for a foundation.
The concerns duplicated some of the 19 objections filed before the five-hour hearing on final approval of an agreement to settle claims that the company routinely skimped on payments to 950,000 doctors.
