United States class action law firm Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach LLP plans to represent investors in a lawsuit it filed on Monday against Parmalat, the Italian food company embroiled in a multi-billion dollar accounting scandal.
The lawsuit, which was filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, is one of the first lawsuits brought by US investors who bought the company's shares and bonds.
