Judge Denies Request to Delay Malvo Trial

FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) - A judge Thursday rejected a request to delay the trial of sniper suspect Lee Boyd Malvo to give prosecutors more time to let a mental health expert examine him. "This really is almost an unstoppable train at this point," said Circuit Judge Jane Marum Roush, noting that 250 potential jurors had been subpoenaed as well as about 35 out-of-state witnesses.
