A woman accused of kidnapping her 18-month-old granddaughter in Illinois turned herself in today in St. Petersburg. The FBI says 39-year-old Nancy Bebout faces federal kidnapping charges for the abduction of Mackenzie Bryant in Dolton, Illinois.
