San Jose police on Tuesday evening arrested a nanny with a history of traffic violations who allegedly killed two children when her car jumped a curb in Danville. A man in a downtown San Jose restaurant called police after he spotted Jimena Barreto, 45, at the restaurant. Police found her walking down a street, and she was taken into custody without incident.
