A Louisville Metro Police officer has been charged with pulling a gun on a woman Jan. 3 and raping her in front of 9-month-old daughter.
Billy Ray White, 45, was arrested on an outstanding warrant this morning at the police offices on Barrett Avenue. He is charged with first-degree rape, terrorist threats and intimidating a witness.
