POTEAU, Okla. -- A Oklahoma teacher accused of raping a 13-year-old female student was officially charged with first-degree rape Tuesday. About 10 members of Jeffrey Dill's family showed up at the arraignment to support Dill, who was a teacher at Pocola Junior High School.
Dill is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl in the school's annex Friday morning.
