PANAMA CITY, Fla. - A 19-year-old man was charged with tossing a firebomb into the home of witness who was going to testify against the teen in a drug case.
Ricky A. Young was being held Sunday without bond at Bay County Jail on charges of arson, retaliation against a witness and manufacturing a firebomb. He was charged Friday.
