Police have arrested a Queens man they claim is responsible for a string of sexual assaults and robberies involving several victims on the Upper East Side. Investigators are also trying to determine if he is involved in other cases. Police got a big break in this case from the victims because they paid attention and knew the face of their attacker. All the victims have ID'd him in lineups. And, police seem confident, they have their man.
