COLUMBIA, S.C. -- An Allendale Correctional Institution employee has been charged with smuggling in a gun used in April to shoot two inmates.
Kezia Fennell of Brunson is charged with criminal conspiracy.
Officials would not release information about Fennell's job or her status with the Department of Corrections.
