Two Carle Place High School students accused of illegally accessing confidential information from the district's computer network have been arrested, Nassau County District Attorney Denis Dillon said Tuesday.
Christopher Kabacinski, 18, of 37 Byrd Ave., is charged with computer trespass, a felony that could bring up to four years in prison if he is convicted. He is also charged with one count each of fourth-degree computer tampering and unauthorized use of a computer. Both charges are misdemeanors punishable by up to one year in jail.
