RAPID CITY — A former youth pastor has made his initial court appearance on charges of rape and sexual contact with a child under 16.
Glenn F. Ford, 29, Rapid City, appeared in 7th Circuit Magistrate Court on June 25. He is charged with two counts of second-degree rape, with alternative charges of third-degree rape. He is also charged with one count of sexual contact with a child under 16.
