A Dripping Springs man remains in Hays County Jail after being charged with theft and indecency with a child.
James Harold Williams, 35, was arrested Thursday after being stopped by a Hays County Deputy for a traffic violation. The deputy found a computer which belonged to the Rocking Horse Day School in Austin, a school that was the scene of a fire earlier that day that was ruled as arson by the Austin Fire Marshal's office.
