COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus police arrested a convicted sex offender Monday after finding him in his car with the three boys and a girl he is accused of abducting. Police found Wayne McMurtrey, the step-grandfather of the three boys, in a gas station parking lot after an Amber Alert was issued about six hours earlier, police spokeswoman Sherry Mercurio said.
