WASHINGTON -- A 15-year-old girl once featured in a photograph with then-first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton was killed over the weekend in the latest shooting in the nation's capital involving children. District of Columbia police said Monday that Myesha Lowe, 15, was sitting in the back seat of a parked car with two others just before midnight Saturday when a dark-colored vehicle pulled up alongside and someone started shooting.
