Prosecutors claim pop legend Michael Jackson imprisoned a boy and his family on his Neverland Ranch and forced them to make a video refuting molestation claims.
The allegations emerged as prosecutors laid out their sexual abuse case against the performer. Jackson's attorneys mocked the claims and made a motion to have the case dismissed.
Prosecutors say an unflattering television documentary made Jackson fear "the complete and utter ruin of his empire." In that February 2003 broadcast, Jackson defended his habit of letting children sleep in his bed as "sweet" and non-sexual. The boy who accused him of molestation is seen in the video.
