Twelve To 15 Percent HMO Hike Expected

Inflation may be hovering around 3 percent, but many Massachusetts residents will begin paying as much as 15 percent more for health care when new premiums take effect in January. The expected increases, which continue a trend of large price hikes over the state's already large health costs, have many concerned observers looking at potential legislative fixes.
